Great Food Can Come from Fastfoods too! Yoshinoyalicious!
One of the many simple pleasures i enjoyed while flying to Japan every week when I was still a flight attendant for Northwest Airlines was getting to enjoy Japanese food at downtowns of Nagoya, Osaka or Narita [aside from mindless shopping at their 100 yen stores and looking at the cute Japanese guys in Anime hairstyles and Japanese girls in their out of this world outfits, or were those costumes on second thoughts?]. One of my favorite stops was Yoshinoya because their beef bowl was always on top of my to-eat list. Fast forward to 2010 after having quit flying back in 2002, i still am a big Yoshinoya fan. I remember even bringing into a movie theatre Yoshinoya's beef bowl and devouring at while watching a Harry Potter movie. Yoshinoya's menu has evolved through the years but their beef bowl remains their "genuine cuisine". You may also wanna try their salads, range of iced teas and "shu-mais." I know it's just "fastfood" Japanese food with your Miso Soup coming out from a "vending" maching but hey, ain't Jollibee's palabok one of the best too? Later then...
