The best Bacolod Chicken Inasal in the World!

Being a true blooded Bacolodian, i know Bacolod Chicken Inasal with my heart and soul. I have been eating Inasal ever since i learned how to say Namit guid. I do apologize t0 the chickens of the world but i must have eaten thousands of Inasals in my 34 years of living in this earth, with no major, major chance of giving up this inasal addiction until i breathe my last. I may be a lover of steaks but chicken inasal is truly my  true love. I have tried countless of inasals and every inasal is as different as the other. I may not know wines but i do know inasals. So what makes a good inasal for me? Let me count the ways. 1. it has to be really tasty but with just the right saltiness that when you dip it in soy sauce and calamansi, the full taste of grilled chicken comes together [genuine inasal should never be sweet! PLEASE!] 2. the chicken meat has to be juicy [but completely grilled to the very meat that sticks to the bones] 3. it has to have that inviting aroma that makes you crave for it [and for more] 4. it has to have the right amount of oil glaze on the outside 5. the chicken skin should grilled just right that it should come out golden brown 6. the size should not be too light that it comes out dry and dehydrated after grilling or too heavy that you lose the taste as you dig deeper. So many establishments serve inasals these day, a lot claiming to be the best. Some can be good. Some are salty and dry. Some are too bland. Some can be really really good too like Aida's of Manokan Country in Bacolod, Chicken Deli of Bacolod, Bacolod Chicken House and JT's Chicken Inasal. But of all the inasals i have eaten over the years, i can swear to God and to all the peoples of the world that my yaya G-An's inasal is the tastiest, the yummiest and the juiciest. Her very skill of choosing the right size of chicken thighs and legs makes the difference. Her secret marination formula & process, which takes overnight, is always consistently excellent. Too bad for you it's only available in my house for now. hehe! Later then....
