My Affair with Felix







For the third time this month, i found myself indulging at Felix in Greenbelt 5. I have to say the menu is excellent and  i sure do appreciate good ambience and excellent service. Aside from my favorite Tango [a plateful of sea bass, scallops, mashed potatoes and asparagus and foie gras], i discovered new love with a healthy serving of Mambulao-fresh malunggay and tofu soup. Other indulgence on the table that my Kirbs and some friends and I feasted on last night included the refreshing Pompei Salad, mouth watering Tony Lobster with Apple and Pear Salad [ P4436.50 for 4.67 grams!], Ostrea [baked oysters], Gen San [aptly named; need i say it's tuna salad in a spoon] and The Carpenters [scallops and prawns with vegetables]. Tho my experiences at Felix have been consistently wonderful, i would have to say to my dear Felix that we would have to take a respite for a while as too much of something so good would not do us good.
