I had a business meeting early afternoon today at LeBistroVert in Fraser Place. The fact that it was uniquely a sustainable foods resto was a major plus given the trend today for the love of mother earth and for healthy living. Was i super thankful that the bistro was recommended for our meeting place because i discovered another heavenly masterpiece at the bistro who happened to be co-owned by my good friend Chef Sau who was there today and whom i have not seen for quite awhile though his masterful creations in the kitchen i cannot forget [M Cafe, Chelsea, etc]. As God would have it, I had yet another wonderful experience with every bite of their Pandan Sans Rival which i finished, unknowingly, in like a quarter of an hour with a rich cup of brewed coffee. And i must say it was divine! Don't be green with envy. Go forth to Fraser Place, Valero St. Salcedo Village and indulge. Happy Weekend! Later then..
